You can find what you’re looking for by doing the following:
- Use in-app support by heading to Profile > Support > Chat with support. This will put you in direct contact with a member of our support team, who’ll look to resolve your query there and then.
This function is available 6.30am – 10.30pm, Monday-Saturday, and 7am – 9pm on Sundays.
It may well be that the support team member emails you directly, in which case you’ll be able to respond to those emails.
Aside from the Chat function, we also have a comprehensive FAQs section and a number of video tutorials (also under ‘Support’), so you may well find your answer(s) there.
In addition to this, you can join our Facebook community group, to connect with other Flexers, ask each other questions, and learn from each other.
