Bills on Flex

October, November, and December 2026 are three separate prize draws. Entries do not carry over from one month to the next. The Official Rules for each monthly draw are below.

1. SWEEPSTAKES SUMMARY: This “BILLS ON FLEX – OCTOBER” prize draw (this “Sweepstakes”) is promoted by Syft Online Limited, trading as Indeed Flex (the “Promoter”). You can contact the Promoter at: Indeed Flex, Ground Floor, 20 Farringdon Road, London, England, EC1M 3HE. This Sweepstakes is a separate promotion. It is not combined with the Bills on Flex November or December draws, and entries do not roll over. This Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules. The free entry route is set out below wherever the shift route is described.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to verified Indeed Flexers who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. You need not be present to win. Employees of the Promoter, its parent, affiliates, agencies, prize suppliers, and administrators, and members of their immediate families or households, may not enter. By participating, you represent that you are eligible and agree to be bound by (i) these Official Rules, and (ii) the Promoter’s Terms of Service, found at https://indeedflex.co.uk/legal/flexer-terms/.

You must not be banned, suspended, under active ban review, or associated with a duplicate or fraudulent account on the Indeed Flex platform at the time of the draw on 4 November 2026 (the “draw date”). If you are banned at the draw date, all entries you have accumulated over the Promotional Period (defined below) will become void. During the Promotional Period, you must remain in good standing.

3. HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes begins at 00:01 UK time on 1 October 2026 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 23:59 UK time on 31 October 2026 (the “End Date”) (together, the “Promotional Period”). The Promoter’s systems are the official timekeeping device. You may enter this Sweepstakes and earn entries by either route below. The free route offers the same opportunity to receive an entry as completing a shift.

Entry by completing shifts. Complete shifts through Indeed Flex during the Promotional Period. You will receive one (1) entry for every shift successfully completed during the Promotional Period. To receive an entry, you must clock in and clock out correctly before and after every shift. You must complete each shift to earn the entry. Cancelled, incomplete, duplicate, reversed, and no-show shifts do not qualify.

Free online route. To enter without completing a shift, or to receive an additional entry, email (i) your first and last name, (ii) your Indeed Flex email address, (iii) your postal address, (iv) your phone number, and (v) “Bills on Flex – October” to [email protected]. Each valid email received during the Promotional Period receives one (1) entry. Limit one (1) email entry per person per calendar day. No shift, purchase, premium-rate communication, or payment is required. You must meet the eligibility requirements above.

All entries must be received by 23:59 UK time on 31 October 2026. Incomplete, duplicate, late, misdirected, and fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Entries will not be accepted other than as described above. Entries in this Sweepstakes do not roll over into any other Bills on Flex draw.

4. PRIZES: There will be a total of NINETEEN (19) prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes, with a maximum aggregate value of £4,000. The prizes (“Prize(s)”) shall consist of the following:

  • BILLS ON FLEX PRIZE, with a value of £250.00, to be awarded to FOUR (4) participants chosen as described in Section 5 below.
  • GROCERIES ON FLEX PRIZE, with a value of £200.00, to be awarded to FIFTEEN (15) participants chosen as described in Section 5 below.

The prize names describe the campaign theme only. Each Prize is cash. Winners do not need to submit bills, receipts, bank statements, or evidence of how a Prize will be used, and may use the cash at their discretion. The Promoter will not pay any landlord, mortgage provider, utility, retailer, or other third party.

Each Winner shall have their Prize sent via direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex, less any applicable taxes and withholdings. Winners are responsible for any personal tax liabilities and any costs related to the Prize. The Promoter will use commercially reasonable efforts to pay each verified Winner within ten (10) business days after verification.

5. WINNER SELECTION: A total of only NINETEEN (19) Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for this Sweepstakes, on or about 4 November 2026, by a verifiably random computer process, supervised by an independent person where required. If the same entrant is selected more than once in this Sweepstakes, the Promoter will redraw. A person may win a different Bills on Flex draw in another month. The Winners will be contacted by email, SMS, telephone, or in-app message by 5 November 2026. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to award the advertised Prizes.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS: If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make a Prize unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value. The Prize is cash. It is not transferable. A maximum of one (1) Prize will be awarded per winner in this Sweepstakes. A potential winner must respond and provide any requested eligibility, identity, and payment information within fifteen (15) calendar days after the first notice. No bill, receipt, bank statement, or proof of intended spending will be requested. If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not respond, declines the Prize, or breaches these Official Rules, an alternate will be selected at random.

By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, entrants consent (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by the Promoter of their name and likeness for promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes, without further compensation. After a Winner is confirmed, the Promoter may ask what living cost the Prize may help cover. Answering is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the Prize. To show that valid awards took place, the Promoter may publish or make available the surname and county of a Winner, as required by the CAP Code, unless the Winner objects or asks for reduced disclosure. The Promoter may still provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

7. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for this Sweepstakes and are equal regardless of entry route.

8. PERSONAL DATA: The Promoter will process personal data to administer this Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, deliver Prizes, prevent fraud, and meet legal and financial obligations, as described in the Indeed Flex Privacy Policy at https://hrtechprivacy.com/brands/indeedflex. Entry does not constitute consent to unrelated direct marketing.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who breaches these Official Rules, tampers with the process, acts fraudulently or disruptively, uses multiple accounts or identities, or undermines the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. If fraud, technical failure, human error, unauthorised intervention, or another event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control materially affects the Sweepstakes, the Promoter may suspend, modify, or terminate it only where necessary and permitted by law, and will seek to award Prizes fairly from unaffected eligible entries. If this Sweepstakes is promoted on a social platform, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform.

10. LIABILITY: The Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage caused by participation or use of a Prize except where caused by its negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. GOVERNING LAW: These Official Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants may bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction in the United Kingdom where mandatory consumer law permits.

International Convention Centre Shift Completion Bonus – September 

  • This program is valid for shifts starting on the 29th September, 2026. 
  • This program is only open to verified Flexers who complete a Waiting Staff or Bartender shift at the International Convention Centre starting on the 29th September, 2026.
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria:
    – £25 for a Waiting Staff or Bartender shift completed at the International Convention Centre.

  • The £25 bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes a Waiting Staff or Bartender shift at the International Convention Centre starting on the 29th September, 2026.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the eligible and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain a verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • To be eligible for the bonus payout, the Flexer must not be banned, have a ban review or a ban warning on their profile.

Referral Programme  Overview

The Indeed Flex Referral programme is offered by Indeed Flex and provides Flex workers who’ve completed a shift and are interested in referring their family and friends (“Referrers”) the opportunity to refer eligible individuals to join as a Flexer (worker) on the Indeed Flex app.

The “referrer” is the person doing the referral. The “claimant” is the person claiming the referral code.

Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Programme as a Referrer, you must have successfully completed your onboarding (defined below) on the Indeed Flex app as a worker.

Indeed Flex Codes

Indeed Flex will provide you with a unique alphanumeric code (in the app) to distribute to eligible individuals to join Indeed Flex as a worker and get verified. We have the right to limit the number of times you use the code, or invalidate your code should you violate any of the terms and conditions.

Referral Bonus Reward

If the referred job seeker successfully completes their onboarding with Indeed Flex and completes at least one shift within 30 days of being verified, it will be a successful referral. You will receive £40 in your next payroll within 30 days of the claimant’s first completed shift date. 

How to Refer New Users

Through the Indeed Flex app, you may refer eligible individuals to become new workers using the generated alphanumeric code. In order to be eligible for a Referral Voucher, the claimant must have never previously been interviewed to join Indeed Flex.

  • The code must be input on the app by the claimant before working their first shift with Indeed Flex, otherwise, you will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
  • The claimant must work their first shift within 30 days of being verified for you to be eligible for the voucher.
  • The referrer must have already successfully completed their onboarding with Indeed Flex before referring a friend.
  • The Referral voucher will not be issued for installations of the app. Indeed Flex will only accept referrals for new users who have completed their first shift.
  • Referral bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with any other marketing offer or promotion.

To receive the £40 referral bonus you must follow the following requirements:

  • To benefit from the referral offer, you must use your unique referral code in order to share with friends and family. You can find this on your profile.
  • The referrer must have successfully completed their onboarding before referring a friend.
  • The claimant must redeem the code before their first shift.
  • The referrer will only receive their referral bonus (£40) once the referred claimant has completed the first shift within 30 days of code redemption.
  • The claimant will receive £20 upon completion of their first shift.
  • A successfully onboarded Flexer is a Flexer who has downloaded the App, had a successful interview that resulted in the verification of at least one role on our system, and successfully passed the right-to-work check Flex essential onboarding tasks in the app.

Flexer Permanent Hire Bonus

  • This bonus is valid from 18th June 2025 at 00:00:01.
  • This bonus is only open to verified Flexers based in the UK. Indeed Flex office employees and affiliated branch employees are not eligible.
  • Eligibility criteria:
    – If a Flexer is permanently hired by a Client or its Group Companies they may be eligible for a £250 bonus.
    – The Flexer must notify Indeed Flex within 30 days of accepting the permanent position via this form.

  • Flexers who have worked in the same role for the same Client (or its Group Companies) for 12 or more continuous calendar weeks or 480 hours, directly before being hired are not eligible for this bonus.
  • All claims are subject to verification with the Client.

Flex AI Interview Research Study T&C’s 

  • This program is open only to Verified Flexers. Participants will receive £20 (20 British pounds) or $20 (20 U.S. dollars), based on location, for completing a research session, which includes both the AI interview and post-interview survey.
  • To qualify, participants must not only accept but also complete the AI interview to the best of their ability and answer all questions in the post-interview survey.
  • Only Verified Flexers are eligible for payout. This excludes current Indeed Flex office employees and affiliated branch employees. Payments will be made via direct deposit on the next pay date after the workweek in which the bonus was earned, minus applicable taxes and withholdings.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:  There will be a total of ONE (1) prize awarded. The prizes (“Prize(s)”) shall consist of the following:

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; tweeting, posting or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the winner will be selected by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received by the time the Sweepstakes is terminated.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  By participating, the Winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the Winner, entrants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.

1. Eligibility:

  • The referral form requires details of both the Referrer and the prospective client.

3. Reward Structure:

  • Submitting a Referral will not earn the Referrer any payment under this Programme. Once the referred client signs up to Indeed Flex and completes 25 shifts, the Referrer will receive £250 credited to their Indeed Flex account.
  • Once the referred client completes 25 shifts, they will receive £100 credited to their Indeed Flex account.
  • The Referrer and Referral must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of their respective payouts.

4. Redemption:

  • Credits earned through the Programme can be used towards services offered by Indeed Flex, subject to the terms and conditions of Indeed Flex services.

    Indeed Flex will review the referral details to ensure suitability and match with available opportunities.

3. Reward Structure:

  • Submitting a Referral will not earn the Referrer any payment under this Programme. Once the referred prospective client enters the “opportunity” status, the Flexer will receive £40 credited to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer will not receive the £40 credit if the referred prospective client is disqualified, or does not enter the “opportunity” status.
  • Flexers can withdraw the £40 credit from their bank account upon receipt.
    The Referrer and Referral must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of their respective payouts.

  • The £40 credit earned through the Programme can be withdrawn by the Flexer in accordance with Indeed Flex’s withdrawal policies and procedures.
