Bills on Flex Prize Draw

The promoter is Syft Online Limited trading as Indeed Flex, 20 Farringdon Road, London EC1M 3HE (the “Promoter”). Company number still to be confirmed.

The Prize Draw is open to verified Indeed Flexers aged 18 or over who are legal residents of England, Scotland, and Wales. Northern Ireland is not open unless Legal approves it. Employees of the Promoter, its parent, affiliates, agencies, prize suppliers, and administrators, and members of their immediate families or households, may not enter. Entrants must remain in good standing and must not be banned, suspended, under active ban review, or associated with a duplicate or fraudulent account at the applicable draw.

The Prize Draw consists of three separate monthly draws. Entries do not roll over. The October draw is open from 00:01 UK time on 1 October until 23:59 on 31 October 2026. The November draw is open from 00:01 on 1 November until 23:59 on 30 November 2026. The December draw is open from 00:01 on 1 December until 23:59 on 31 December 2026. The Promoter’s systems are the official timekeeping device.

Eligible persons may enter through either route below. A monthly entry cap is still to be confirmed. The cap applies per person to each monthly draw, regardless of entry route or combination of routes. The free route is presented clearly wherever the shift route is described.

Completed shift route. An eligible entrant receives one entry for each qualifying shift successfully completed through Indeed Flex during the applicable promotional period, up to the monthly cap. The entrant must correctly complete all required clock-in and clock-out steps. Cancelled, incomplete, duplicate, reversed, and no-show shifts do not qualify.

Free online route. During the applicable promotional period, an eligible entrant may submit the free entry form. Each valid submission receives one entry, up to the same monthly cap. No shift, purchase, premium-rate communication, or payment is required. Each submission must include the entrant’s full name, Indeed Flex ID, email address, phone number, country of residence, and the monthly draw entered. The permanent free-entry URL is still to be confirmed. This page is a preview and does not accept live entries.

Automated, bulk, duplicate, incomplete, late, misdirected, or fraudulent entries are void. Attempts to exceed the cap, use multiple identities or accounts, or interfere with the entry process may result in disqualification.

There will be forty-three (43) fixed cash prizes with a maximum aggregate value of £20,000. The prize names describe the campaign theme and intended benefit only. Winners do not need to submit bills, receipts, bank statements, or evidence of how a prize will be used, and may use the cash at their discretion.

• October: four (4) Bills on Flex prizes of £250 each and fifteen (15) Groceries on Flex prizes of £200 each. Total October value: £4,000.
• November: three (3) Rent on Flex prizes of £1,500 each and three (3) Bills on Flex prizes of £500 each. Total November value: £6,000.
• December: four (4) Rent on Flex prizes of £1,500 each, four (4) Bills on Flex prizes of £500 each, and ten (10) Groceries on Flex prizes of £200 each. Total December value: £10,000.

A person may receive no more than one prize in each monthly draw but may win in more than one month. Prizes are not transferable. If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make a prize unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter will not pay a landlord, mortgage provider, utility, retailer, or other third party.

The Promoter will select nineteen (19) potential winners for October on or about 4 November 2026; six (6) potential winners for November on or about 2 December 2026; and eighteen (18) potential winners for December on or about 6 January 2027. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for the applicable monthly draw through a verifiably random computer process, supervised by an independent person where required. If the same entrant is selected more than once in a monthly draw, the Promoter will redraw. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received and are equal regardless of entry route.

Potential winners will be contacted by email, SMS, telephone, or in-app message on or about 5 November 2026 for October; 3 December 2026 for November; and 7 January 2027 for December. A potential winner must respond and provide any requested eligibility, identity, and payment information within fifteen (15) calendar days after the first notice. No bill, receipt, bank statement, or proof of intended spending will be requested. If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not respond, declines the prize, or breaches these terms, an alternate will be selected at random. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to award the advertised prizes.

Each verified winner will receive their prize by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex, less any applicable taxes and withholdings. Winners are responsible for any personal tax liabilities and any costs related to the prize. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to pay each verified winner within ten (10) business days after verification. December prizes will be paid no later than a date still to be confirmed, allowing for the year-end processing freeze.

After a winner is confirmed, the Promoter may optionally ask what living cost the prize may help cover. Answering is voluntary, will not affect eligibility, prize value, or payment, and does not restrict how the winner may use the prize. The Promoter may separately invite a winner to participate in publicity. Participation and consent are optional and are not conditions of receiving a prize. To demonstrate that valid awards took place, the Promoter may publish or make available the surname and county of major prize winners as required by the CAP Code, unless a winner objects or requests reduced disclosure. The Promoter may still provide winner information and evidence to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

The Promoter will process personal data to administer the Prize Draw, verify eligibility, deliver prizes, prevent fraud, satisfy legal and financial obligations, and maintain required records, as described in the Indeed Flex Privacy Policy. Entry does not constitute consent to unrelated direct marketing.

The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who breaches these terms, tampers with the process, acts fraudulently or disruptively, uses multiple accounts or identities, or undermines the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw. If fraud, technical failure, human error, unauthorised intervention, or another event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control materially affects the promotion, the Promoter may suspend, modify, or terminate it only where necessary and permitted by law, and will seek to award prizes fairly from unaffected eligible entries.

The Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage caused by participation or use of a prize except where caused by its negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. If promoted on a social platform, the Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants may bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction where mandatory consumer law permits. Legal to confirm Scotland and Northern Ireland language.
