Sainsbury’s Home Delivery Driver shift completion program 2024 (Agency Partners).

  • This program is valid from 25th November to 24th December 2024.
  • This program is only open to: 
    • Partner Drivers who are inducted and complete shifts for Sainsbury’s as a Home Delivery Driver with Indeed Flex in the United Kingdom.
  • Inducted Partner Drivers are defined as someone who has worked & passed their induction shift. 
  • Driver Partners must work a minimum of six (6) shifts as a Home Delivery Driver with Sainsbury’s following a successful induction, and successfully complete these shifts between 25th November 2024 and 24th, December 2024 to qualify for the incentive of £100.
  • The bonus is considered earned when the driver partner completes the qualifying shifts following a successful  induction as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per driver partner.
  • The induction shift is not eligible to be considered as part of the six home delivery driver shifts for the £100 bonus.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on 17th January 2025 and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The driver partner must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Driver partners will have until 24th December 2024 23:59:59 to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above pay out. If the minimum number of required shifts are completed after 24th  December 2024, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.

Weekend Hospitality Shift Incentive 

  • This program is valid from 12th  December 2024 to  16th December 2024.
  • This program is open to Verified Flexers who complete qualifying shifts (defined below) as a bartender, waiting staff, kitchen porter or chef.
  • Qualifying shifts are defined as any bartender, waiting staff, kitchen porter or  chef shift starting on or after 00:00 Thursday 12th December and finishing on or before 00:00 Monday 16th December.
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria:
    – £15 bonus per qualifying shift starting on or after 00:00 Thursday 12th December and finishing on or before 00:00  Monday 16th December.
        (E.g: By working five (5) qualified shifts you would receive £75 on top of your hourly pay rate, excluding holiday pay)

  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the qualifying  shift. There is no limit to how many qualified shifts the Flexer can complete.
  • This incentive can be combined with other incentives.
  • All bonus amounts  will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the qualifying shift(s) was completed and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until 00:00 Monday 16th December 2024 to work the qualified shifts. Any shifts completed after 00:00 Monday 16th December 2024 , will not be eligible for the bonus.
  • A Verified Flexer is a worker who has downloaded the App, had a successful interview that resulted in the verification of the bartender, waiting staff, kitchen porter, or chef roles on our system, and successfully passed the right-to-work check and set up their payment information with Indeed Flex.

Retail Early Morning Shift Incentive 2024

  • This program is valid from 3rd  December 2024 to 24th December 2024.
  • This program is open to Verified Flexers who complete qualifying shifts (defined below) for Sainsbury’s and/or Tesco as a Replenishment Assistant or Online Order Assistant in the United Kingdom.
  • Qualifying shifts are defined as any of the shift patterns highlighted below, that are completed for Sainsbury’s or Tesco as a Replenishment Assistant or Online Order Assistant:
    – 9pm – 7am
    – 10pm – 7am
    – 10pm – 8am
    – 11pm – 7am

  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria:
    – £10 bonus per qualifying  shift, as highlighted above.
    (E.g: By working five (5) qualified shifts you would receive £50 on top of your hourly pay rate, excluding holiday pay)

  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shift. There is no limit to how many qualified shifts the Flexer can complete.
  • All bonus amounts  will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the qualifying shift(s) was completed (excluding qualifying shifts completed between 16th December -24th December)  and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
    –  Bonus amounts for any qualifying  shift(s) completed between 16th December – 24th December , will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on 10th January, 2025.

  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until 24th December 2024 to work the qualified shifts. Any shifts completed after 24th December 2024, will not be eligible for the bonus.
  • A Verified Flexer is a worker who has downloaded the App, had a successful interview that resulted in the verification of the replenishment assistant and/or online order assistant role(s)  on our system, and successfully passed the right-to-work check and set up their payment information with Indeed Flex. 

Late night shift incentive 2024

  • This program is valid from 3rd December  2024 to 3rd January 2025.
  • This program is open to Verified Flexers who complete qualifying shifts (defined below) as a bartender and/ or waiting staff.
  • Qualifying shifts are defined as any bartender or waiting staff shift finishing on or  after 23:00 (11pm) between the 3rd December – 3rd January 2025.
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria:
    – £10 bonus per shift finishing on or after 23:00.
    (E.g: By working five (5) qualified shifts you would receive £50 on top of your hourly pay rate, excluding holiday pay)

  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the qualifying  shift. There is no limit to how many qualified shifts the Flexer can complete.
  • All bonus amounts  will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the qualifying shift(s) was completed (excluding qualifying shifts completed between 16th December – 3rd January)  and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
    – Bonus amounts for any qualifying  shift(s) completed between 16th December – 3rd January, will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on 10th January, 2025.

  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until 3rd January 2025  to work the qualified shifts. Any shifts completed after 3rd January 2025 , will not be eligible for the bonus.
  • A Verified Flexer is a worker who has downloaded the App, had a successful interview that resulted in the verification of the bartender and/or waiting staff role on our system, and successfully passed the right-to-work check and set up their payment information with Indeed Flex.

Sainsbury’s Home Delivery Driver Shift Completion Program 2024 

  • This program is valid from 25th November 2024 to 24th December 2024.
  • This program is only open to: 
    – Flexers verified as a Home Delivery Driver (defined below) and who complete 6 Sainsbury’s Home Delivery Driver  shifts between 00:00:00  25th November, 2024 and 23:59:59 24th December, 2024.  

  • Verified Home Delivery Driver  is defined as anyone who has successfully completed an interview with Indeed Flex and has been verified for the Home Delivery Driver role and successfully attended an induction at a Sainsbury’s store. 
  • Eligible Flexers and Driver Partners must book minimum six (6) shifts as a Home Delivery Driver with Sainsbury’s following a successful Indeed Flex induction, and successfully complete these shifts by 24th, December 2024 to qualify for the incentive of £100. 
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes, qualifying shifts and induction as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • The induction shift is not eligible to be considered as part of the six home delivery driver shifts for the £100 bonus. 
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on 17th January 2025 and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until 24th December 2024 23:59:59 to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above pay out. If the minimum number of required shifts are completed after 24th  December 2024, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • A Verified Flexer is a worker who has downloaded the App, had a successful interview that resulted in the verification of at least one role on our system, and successfully passed the right-to-work check and set up their payment information with Indeed Flex.

UK Churned Worker Incentive 2024

  • This program is valid from 13th November 2024 to 31st December 2024.
  • This program is only open to Flexers who have not worked one or more shifts in the last 90 days and who complete shifts for Indeed Flex (defined below).
  • Flexers must complete a minimum of 3 qualifying shifts or a maximum of 5 qualifying shifts for Indeed Flex clients. (“Qualifying Shifts”).
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the number of “Qualifying Shifts” tiers they complete:
    – £50 bonus after the completion of 3 shifts
    – £100 bonus after the completion of 5 shifts

  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. 
  • This bonus can only be earned for up to 5 shifts. If 5 shifts are met you will receive a £100 bonus. If you only work 3 shifts you will receive a £50 bonus. 
  • Flexers cannot earn more than a £100 bonus through this incentive. You will not earn a £100 bonus in addition to the £50 bonus if you work 5 shifts.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the end date of the incentive program on December 31st, 2024.
  • The Flexer must remain a Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until December 31st, 2024, to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above payout. If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after December 31st, 2024, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • Flexers are defined as users who have successfully passed the right-to-work check,  completed setting up their payment information, and completed one or more shifts with Indeed Flex.

Chef 1st shift completion program 

  • This program is valid from 11th November, 2024 – 3rd January, 2025.
  • This Program is only open to Flexers verified for chef roles (defined below)  between 11th November 2023 and 11th November 2024, who have not yet completed their 1st chef shift. 
  • You are not eligible for this incentive if you:
    – Were  verified for a chef role before  the 11th November 2023 or after the 11th November  2024 
    – Have completed your 1st chef shift before the launch date of the incentive (11th November 2024). 

  • Flexers must complete one chef shift for Indeed Flex clients. (“Qualifying Shifts”).
  • The Flexer will receive £100 once they complete their 1st chef shift. 
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shift as noted above. 
  • This bonus can only be earned once. 
  • Flexers cannot earn more than a £100 bonus through this incentive. 
  • The qualifying shift can only be used for this incentive and not count towards any other chef incentive during the time of the campaign.
  • All bonus amounts  will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the shift was completed (excluding shifts completed between 16th December – 3rd January) and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
    – Bonus amount for any shift completed between 16th December – 3rd January, will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on 10th January 2025. 

  • This incentive can be combined with any other hospitality-related incentives, in addition to the Festive Prize Draw. The Flexer will not be eligible to participate in non- hospitality based incentives.
  • The Flexer must remain a Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Verified Flexers are defined as users who have successfully passed the right-to-work check,  completed setting up their payment information, and have been verified for a Chef role (defined below). 
  • Flexers will have until January, 3rd, 2025, to work the required number of shifts to be eligible for the bonus. If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after January 3rd, 2025, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • Chef shifts include roles as listed here: Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, Head Chef, Lead Chef, and Sous Chef. 

Bartender shift completion program 2024

  • This program is valid from 4th November 2024 to 3rd January 2025.
  • This Program is only open to Flexers verified as Bartenders (defined below) and when you complete 5 bartender shifts per month (defined below). You are not eligible for this program if you aren’t verified to work as a Bartender.
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria:
            – £50  for every 5 bartending shifts completed per month between 4th, November 2024 – 3rd, January 2025.
            – The incentive can be claimed once per month. The maximum bonus amount is £50 per month. 

  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes at least 5 bartending shifts as noted above. 
  • Shifts completed on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of January 2025  will be counted as shifts completed in December.
            – 1st December 2024 – 3rd January 2025 = £50. 
  • The £50 bonus amount will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the month in which the 5 bartender shifts were completed and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • This incentive can be combined with any other hospitality related incentive, in addition to the Festive Prize Draw. The Flexer will not be eligible to participate in non-hospitality based incentives.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout. 
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until the 3rd January 2025 to work the required number of shifts to be eligible for the bonus.. If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after the 3rd January, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • A Verified Flexer is a worker who has downloaded the App, had a successful interview that resulted in the verification of at least one role on our system, and successfully passed the right-to-work check and set up their payment information with Indeed Flex.

Chef shift completion program

  • This program is valid from 1st October 2024 to 3rd January 2025
  • This Program is only open to verified Chef  Flexers (defined below) and when you complete 5 chef shifts (defined below). You are not eligible for this program if you are not verified to work as a Chef.
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria:
           – £100 for every 5 chef shifts completed each month between 1st October 2024 and 3rd, January 2025.

  • The maximum bonus you can earn between 1st October and 3rd January is £300. A maximum of £100 each month. 
  • The £100  bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes at least 5 chef shifts as noted above.
  • Shifts completed on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of January 2025  will be counted as shifts completed in December.
    • 1st December 2024 – 3rd January 2025 = £100.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the month in which the 5 chef shifts were completed and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • This incentive can be combined with any other hospitality related incentive, in addition to the Festive Prize Draw. The Flexer will not be eligible to participate in non-hospitality based incentives.
  • The Flexer must remain a verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout. 
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until the 3rd January 2025 to work the required number of shifts to be eligible for the bonus. If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after the 3rd January, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • A Verified Flexer is a worker who has downloaded the App, had a successful interview that resulted in the verification of at least one role on our system, and successfully passed the right-to-work check and set up their payment information with Indeed Flex.
  • Chef shifts include roles as listed here: Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, Head Chef, Lead Chef, and Sous Chef.

Chef win back incentive 

  • This program is valid from 11th October, 2024 – 3rd January, 2025.
  • This Program is only open to verified Chef Flexers (defined below). You are not eligible for this program if you have completed a chef shift in the last 90 days.
  • Flexers must complete 1 chef shift for Indeed Flex clients (“Qualifying Shifts”) between 11th October – 3rd January 2025.
  • The Flexer will receive £100 once they complete a Chef shift.
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the chef shift as noted above.
  • This bonus can only be earned once.
  • Verified chef Flexers cannot earn more than a £100  bonus through this incentive.
  • The qualifying chef shift can only be used for this incentive . The shift cannot be counted towards any other chef incentive running  until 3rd January 2025.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the shift was completed and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • This incentive can be combined with  other hospitality-related incentives, in addition to the Festive Prize Draw. The Flexer will not be eligible to participate in non-hospitality-based incentives.
  • The Flexer must remain a Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • A Verified Flexer is a worker who has downloaded the App, had a successful interview that resulted in the verification of at least one chef role on our system, and successfully passed the right-to-work check and set up their payment information with Indeed Flex and  completed their last chef shift with Indeed Flex more than 91 days prior to 11th October 2024.
  • Flexers will have until January, 3rd, 2025, to work the required number of shifts to be eligible for the £100 bonus. If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after January 3rd, 2025, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • Chef shifts include roles as listed here: Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, Head Chef, Lead Chef, and Sous Chef.

Indeed Flex “Festive Prize Draw UK” Sweepstakes Official rules

NO PURCHASE OR PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR VIEWING A DEMONSTRATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. SWEEPSTAKES SUMMARY:  This sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Indeed Flex. (“Sponsor”).  You can contact the Sponsor at: Indeed Flex, Ground Floor 20 Farringdon Road, EC1M 3HE.  This Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules.  By participating in and entering the Sweepstakes as described herein, you agree that the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes may telephone you, even if your number is on a statewide or national do not call list or registry.  You are not required to view any sales demonstration or to purchase anything in order to enter or win. The purchase of services will not improve the chance of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY:  This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  You need not be present to win (though presence may be required to enter).  Headquarters Employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, (“Prohibited Employees”), are not eligible to enter or win.  By participating in and entering this Sweepstakes as described below, you are formally representing that you are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes and agree to being bound by (i) these Official Rules, and (ii) Sponsor’s  Terms of Service, found at https://indeedflex.co.uk/legal/flexer-terms/

3. You must not be banned on the platform at the time of the draw on 13th January 2025 (“draw date”). If you are banned at the draw date, all entries you have accumulated over the Promotional Period (defined below) will become void. During the Promotional Period, you must remain in good standing. 

4. HOW TO ENTER:  This Sweepstakes begins at 00:01/GMT on 1st October 2024 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 23:59 / GMT on  31st December 2024 (the “End Date”).  You may enter this Sweepstakes only by doing all of the following: 

a. STEP 1. For every shift you work, you will gain one (1) free entry into the Festive Prize Draw. 
b. STEP 2. You will receive one (1) free entry for every additional shift successfully completed during the promotional period, subject to the below requirements. To receive an entry, you must clock in and clock out correctly before and after every shift with your geolocation turned on. You must complete one (1) shift for each additional entry.
c. STEP 3. All entries must be received by 23:59 / GMT on 31st December 2024 on the End Date. Illegible, incomplete, and duplicate entries will be disqualified.  Entries will not be accepted other than as described above. A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per winner. The random draw will be redrawn if a particular winner appears twice.
d. STEP 4. If a Flexer receives a ban at the draw date, all entries accumulated over the Promotional Period, will not be eligible for this promotion.
e. STEP 5. Shifts completed during the promotional period with Indeed Flex automatically enter you into the Festive Prize.  If you do not wish to participate in this Sweepstakes, please use the opt-out link in relevant communications. 

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:  There will be a total of SIXTY FIVE (65) prizes awarded. The prizes (“Prize(s)”) shall consist of the following:
a. 1 first place cash prize of UK £2000.00, to be awarded to FIVE (5) winner (s) chosen as described in Section 5 below;
b. 2 second cash place prizes of UK £500.00, to be awarded to TEN (10) winner (s) chosen as described in Section 5 below;  
c. 4 third cash place prizes of UK £100.00, to be awarded to FIFTY (50) winner (s) chosen as described in Section 5 below; 

Each winner shall have their prize sent via payroll to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of each Winner (as defined below), and acknowledges that the amount withheld by Indeed Flex may not constitute the full amount of taxes owed. Winners are responsible for any and all costs related to the Prize(s). 

6. RANDOM DRAWING:  A total of only SIXTY FIVE (65) Prize winners (“Winner(s)”) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, on or about 13th January 2025 by an automated computer process utilised by Sponsor at Sponsor’s corporate office, which decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. The Winners will be notified via email and or sms by 15th January 2025.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS:  No substitution for any prize will be permitted.  If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  Prize is not transferable or assignable. The Winner may be required to execute and return a notarised Winner Confirmation within fifteen (15) days of issuance.  Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in the Winner being disqualified and an alternate Winner selected by repeating the process described in Section 5 above. If a Prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an entrant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of the Prize for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected by repeating the process described in Section 5 above.  By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, the Winners and all entrants hereby consent (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the Winners’ and entrants’ photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, contents of the entry and the name of the Winner and entrants without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes. If you do not consent you have the option not to participate in this promotion.
  
8. ODDS OF WINNING:  Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes and are equal regardless of method of entry.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Only to the extent permitted by law, by participating in this Sweepstakes via the entry method set forth above in Section 3, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, (revocable only as described below), fully paid, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple layers of sub-licensees) right and license to make, use, sell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, prepare derivative works from and otherwise exploit any and all content and/or materials shared with Sponsor or uploaded online by you in connection with this Sweepstakes (“Content”), for the purpose of publishing material on the Sponsor website or its publisher partners, maintaining the Sponsor website and/or promoting Sponsor, without restriction. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content, or that you otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, (ii) such Content, and its submission, posting, display or availability online does not violate applicable law or the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person or entity, and (iii) such submission, posting, display or availability online does not result in any breach of contract between you and any third party. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, damages, and any other monies owed to any person or entity by reason of such Content. 

10 CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION:  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of these Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related website.  The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and, by entering, the Winner and entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in London, United Kingdom. 2. Verified Flexers are defined as Flexers who have been verified and inducted on or before the 5th June 2024. 

3. To be eligible, verified Flexers must complete eight consecutive weeks’ of successful shifts for Sainsbury’s Bank (Rosyth). Upon successful completion, they will receive a £100 bonus.

  • After the initial successful eight weeks’ of shifts for Sainsbury’s Bank, verified Flexers must successfully complete all shifts up until 24th December 2024 for Sainsbury’s Bank (Rosyth), in order to receive a second £100 bonus.

5. Successful :

  • No cancellation of shifts (excluding  agreed absences)
  • No more than 1 strike on your Indeed Flex profile

You are not eligible for this incentive if you have previously completed your RSA training. 

3. Flexers must pass RSA training and complete a minimum of 1 front of house hospitality shift located in Edinburgh by 31st December 2024. 

4. The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria:

  • £25 after they pass Responsible Sale of Alcohol Licence (RSA) training and the completion of 1 front of house hospitality shift in Edinburgh. 

5. The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer passes the Responsible Sale of Alcohol Licence (RSA) training and the completion of 1 front of house hospitality shift as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer. 

6. All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the front of house hospitality shift was completed and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.

RANDOM DRAWING:  A total of only TWO (2) Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, on or about 11 June, 2024 by an automated computer process utilised by Sponsor at Sponsor’s corporate office, which decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. The random draw will be redrawn if a particular winner appears twice. The Winners will be notified via Email by 19 June, 2024. 

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS:  No substitution for any prize will be permitted.  If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  Prize is not transferable or assignable. A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per winner. The Winner may be required to execute and return a notarised Winner Confirmation within fifteen (15) days of issuance.  Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in the Winner being disqualified and an alternate Winner selected by repeating the process described in Section 5 above. If a Prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an entrant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of the Prize for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected by repeating the process described in Section 5 above. By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, the Winners and all entrants hereby consent (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the Winners’ and entrants’ photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, contents of the entry and the name of the Winner and entrants without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes.
  
7. ODDS OF WINNING:  Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes and are equal regardless of method of entry.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Only to the extent permitted by law, by participating in this Sweepstakes via the entry method set forth above in Section 3, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, (revocable only as described below), fully paid, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple layers of sub-licensees) right and license to make, use, sell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, prepare derivative works from and otherwise exploit any and all content and/or materials shared with Sponsor or uploaded online by you in connection with this Sweepstakes (“Content”), for the purpose of publishing material on the Sponsor website or its publisher partners, maintaining the Sponsor website and/or promoting Sponsor, without restriction. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content, or that you otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, (ii) such Content, and its submission, posting, display or availability online does not violate applicable law or the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person or entity, and (iii) such submission, posting, display or availability online does not result in any breach of contract between you and any third party. CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION:  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of these Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related website.  The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and, by entering, the Winner and entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in London, United Kingdom. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the winner will be selected by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received by the time the Sweepstakes is terminated.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  By participating, the Winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the Winner, entrants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Permanent Flexer Hire

This Permanent Flexer Hire bonus is valid from 1st March 2024 at 00:00:01 to 31st December 2024 at 23:59:59 (“End Date”).

  • This is only open to Verified Flexers located in the United Kingdom. Indeed Flex office employees and affiliated branch employees are not eligible.
  • Summary: If, within the Relevant Period and following the supply of a Flexer by Flex to the Client, or any of its Group Companies Appoints any individual who is or was a Flexer, and upon informing Indeed Flex of being hired permanently by a client, the Flexer will be paid with a payment of £250.
  • This compensation is subject to verification by Indeed Flex and the Client and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receiving valid notification.
  • To be eligible for the £250 payment, Flexers must promptly notify Indeed Flex within 30 days of accepting a permanent position with a client.
  • Notification should be made by submitting a form provided on Indeedflex.co.uk or via a link to the form received by email.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to verify the permanent employment status of the Flexer with the client.
  • Compensation will be paid out by Indeed Flex only upon successfully verifying and confirming the Flexer’s employment status.
  • All bonuses are subject to tax. Any payment queries aligned to the Permanent Flexer Hire payment should be made via in-app chat.

Sainsbury’s March HDD Shift Completion Program

This program is valid from 1st March to 2nd April 2024.

  • This program is open to newly verified driver Flexers, existing driver Flexers, and agency drivers who complete home delivery driver shifts for Sainsbury’s stores across the UK.
  • Existing Flexers are defined as Flexers who have been verified and inducted before 1st March 2024.
  • Newly Verified Flexers are defined as Flexers who have been verified and inducted on or after 1st March 2024.
  • Agency drivers are defined as drivers who work shifts with Indeed Flex through an onboarded partner agency.
  • Flexers or agency drivers must complete a minimum of three home delivery driver shifts for Sainsbury’s. For every three shifts completed, they will receive the following amount.
    • £50 for every three home delivery driver shifts completed.
    • Capped at a max of £150 (9 shifts) (For example: If a Flexer or agency driver completes nine shifts, they earn £150. If they complete eight shifts, they earn £100.)
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer or agency driver completes the shifts as noted above.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on 12th April 2024 and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.

Flexers and agency drivers will have until 2nd April, 23:59:59 2024, to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above payout. If the minimum number of qualifying shifts are completed after 2nd April 23:59:59 2024, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount or any portion thereof.

Sainsbury’s February HDD Shift Completion Program

This program is valid from 1st February to 29th February 2024. This program is open to newly verified driver Flexers, existing driver Flexers, and agency drivers who complete home delivery driver shifts for Sainsbury’s stores across the UK.

Flexers and agency drivers will have until 29th February, 23:59:59 to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above pay out. If the minimum number of qualifying shifts are completed after 29th February, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.

UK Referral Programmes 2023/24

1. The referral  bonus programme is valid from 6th September 2023 at 00:00:01 to 31st March 2024 at 23:59:59 (“End Date”). The chef and bartender referral bonus programme is valid from the 21st June 2024 at 00:00:01 to 31st March 2024 at 23:59:59 (“End Date”).

2. The bonus programmes is only open to Verified Flexers (defined below) located in the United Kingdom. Indeed Flex office employees and affiliated branch employees are not eligible.

3. Summary: Subject to the terms herein, Verified Flexers who provide a referral to Indeed Flex will receive a £40 bonus for all referrals, other than for chef referrals where the amount is £150 for both the referral and referrer and bartender referrals where the amount is £100 for both the referral and referrer.

4. Referral:

To be eligible to receive the £40 bonus the referee must:

  • Redeem the unique Referral code from the time verified prior to commencing their first shift
  • Become a verified Flexer
  • Complete 1 shift within 30 days of redeeming the unique referral code (“qualifying shifts”) from the time verified. When the referee’s first completed shift is a chef shift  they will receive £150. When the referee’s first completed shifted shift is a bartender shift they will receive £100
  • Remain a verified Flexer in good standing at the time of payout.
  • This bonus is considered earned when the referral completes the 1 shift within 30 days of redeeming the unique referral code from the time verified in accordance with the criteria set forth herein.

5. Referrer:

To be eligible to receive the £40 Bonus, the Referrer must:

  • Be a verified Flexer at the time of referral and remain a verified Flexer in good standing at the time of payout.
  • Have worked at least 1 shift since being verified on the app.
  • Not have previously requested to be removed from Indeed Flex payroll.
  • This bonus is considered earned when the referral completes the 1 shift within 30 days of redeeming the Unique Referral Code from the time verified in accordance with the criteria set forth herein. For bartender referrals the referee must complete 1 bartender shift within 30 days of redeeming the unique referral code. And for chef referrals the referee must complete 1 chef shift within 30 days of redeeming the unique referral code.

6. To be eligible for the bonus payment, the Referral must redeem the Referrer referral code at the interview before their first shift.

7. The qualifying referral shifts must be completed within the time period specified above, and may not be completed after the end date or after the 30 day period of redeeming the unique referral code.

8. The referral bonus amount will be paid in the next available payroll following the date the bonus is considered earned.

9. The referrer bonus amount will be paid in the next available payroll following the date the bonus is considered earned.

10. A verified Flexer is a worker who has downloaded the App, had a successful interview that resulted in the verification of at least one role on our system, and successfully passed the right-to-work check.

11. A (referrer) is an existing verified Flexer who uses their unique referral code to share with friends and family.

12. A (referral) is a new worker who has not completed a shift with Indeed Flex, referred by a friend or family to Indeed Flex.

13. Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this programme at any time in its sole discretion.

14. If either the referrer or referral receives a ban during the programme period, they (individually) will not be eligible for this promotion.

15. The referrer can only claim one bonus amount (£40, £100, or £150) per unique, referred friend.

16. Flexers have until 1st March 2025 at 23:59:59 to submit referrals and 31st March 2025 to complete a shift.

17. All bonuses are subject to tax. Any payment queries aligned to the Friends of Flexer’s Referral Bonus should be made by 30th April 2025 via in-app chat.

UK Client Refers Client – UK Referral Programme

1. Eligibility:

  • Participation in the Indeed Flex Referral Programme (“Programme”) is open to active UK clients registered with Indeed Flex.

  • Once the referred client completes 25 shifts, they will receive £100 credited to their Indeed Flex account.
  • The Referrer and Referral must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of their respective payouts.
