2023 Marketing Terms and Conditions

Unverified Hospitality Worker Incentive December 2023

  • This program is valid from 8th, December 2023 – January 3rd 2024.
  • This Program is only open to Unverified Flexers (defined below) who become a Verified Flexer (defined below) for any hospitality role. You are not eligible for this Program if you don’t complete a successful online interview.
  • Flexers must complete a minimum of 3 hospitality shifts or a maximum of 5 hospitality shifts for Indeed Flex clients. (“Qualifying Shifts”).
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the number of “Qualifying Shifts” tiers they complete:
    • £50 bonus after the completion of 3 shifts
    • £100 bonus after the completion of 5 shifts

The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. 

  • This bonus can only be earned for up to 5 shifts. If 5 shifts are met you will receive a £100 bonus. If you only work 3 shifts you will receive a £50 bonus.
  • Flexers cannot earn more than a £100 bonus through this incentive. You will not earn a £100 bonus in addition to the £50 bonus if you work 5 shifts.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the end date of the incentive program on January 3rd, 2024.
  • This incentive can be combined with any other hospitality-related incentives, in addition to the Festive Prize Draw. The Flexer will not be eligible to participate in non-hospitality-based incentives.
  • The Flexer must remain a Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • An Unverified Flexer is a worker who has downloaded the App, but has not had a successful interview.
  • Verified Flexers are defined as users who have successfully passed the right-to-work check,  completed setting up their payment information, and completed one or more shifts with Indeed Flex.
  • Flexers will have until January, 3rd, 2024, to work the required number of shifts to be eligible for the bonus. If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after January 3rd, 2024, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.

Bartender Incentive – December 2023

  • This program is valid from 8th December 2023 to 3rd January 2024. 
  • This Program is only open to Flexers verified as Bartenders (defined below) and when you complete 5 hospitality shifts (defined below). You are not eligible for this Program if you aren’t verified to work as a Bartender.
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria:
    • £100 for every 5 bartending shifts completed between 8th, December 2023 – 3rd, January 2024.
      (Ex: If you complete 15 bartending shifts you will be eligible for £300)
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes at least 5 bartending shifts as noted above. 
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on Friday 12th January 2024, the next pay date following the work week in which the incentive ended and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • This incentive can be combined with any other hospitality-related incentive, in addition to the Festive Prize Draw. The Flexer will not be eligible to participate in non-hospitality-based incentives.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout. 
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.

Scotland Hospitality Shifts Incentive –  December 2023

  • This program is valid from 8th December 2023 to 3rd January 2024.
  • This Program is only open to verified hospitality Flexers (defined below) in Scotland
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria:
    • A £25 bonus for every hospitality shift completed between 8th, December and 3rd, January 2024 in Scotland.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on Friday 12th January 2024, the next pay date following the work week in which the incentive ended and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • This incentive can be combined with any other hospitality-related incentive, in addition to the Festive Prize Draw. The Flexer will not be eligible to participate in non-hospitality-based incentives.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.

UK Hospitality Weekend Shift Incentive: December 2023

  • This program is valid from 8th December 2023 to 3rd January 2024.
  • This Program is only open to Verified hospitality Flexers (defined below)
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria:
    • £20 bonus for every weekend shift completed between 8th December 2023 and 3rd January 2024.
    • A weekend shift is defined as any day or night shift completed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday between 8th December 2023 and 3rd January 2024.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on Friday 12th January 2024, the next pay date following the work week in which the incentive ended and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until the 3rd January 2024 to be eligible for the bonus. Shifts that are completed after the 3rd January, will not count for the bonus, or any portion thereof.

Sainsbury’s Early Morning OOA/Replen Incentive

  • This program is valid from 11 December 2023 to 24th December 2023.
  • This program is open to Verified Flexers who complete qualifying shifts (defined below) for Sainsbury’s as a Replenishment Assistant or Online Order Assistant in the United Kingdom.
  • Qualifying shifts are defined as any shift starting between 00:01 and 05:30 (12:01am and 5:30am)
    The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria:

    • £10 extra per shift starting between 00:01 and 05:30
    • (Ex: By working five (5) qualified shifts you would receive £50 on top of your payl.)
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shift. There is no limit to how many qualified shifts the Flexer can complete.
  • This incentive can be combined with other incentives.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the incentive ended and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until 24th December 2023 to work the qualified shifts. Any shifts completed after 24th December 2023, will not be eligible for the bonus.
  • A Verified Flexer is a worker who has downloaded the App, had a successful interview that resulted in the verification of at least one role on our system, and successfully passed the right-to-work check and set up their payment information with Indeed Flex.

Responsible Sale of Alcohol Licence (RSA) Shift Completion Program after November 11th

  • This program is valid from 11th November 2023 to 3rd January 2024 for Newly Verified Flexers.
  • This Program is only open to Verified Flexers (defined below) who pass the Responsible Sale of Alcohol Licence (RSA) training and complete 3 hospitality shifts (defined below) located in Scotland. You are not eligible for this Program if you have previously completed your RSA training. 
  • Flexers must pass RSA training and complete a minimum of 3 hospitality shifts located in Scotland by 3rd January 2024. 
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria:
    • £25 after they pass Responsible Sale of Alcohol Licence (RSA) training and the completion of 3 hospitality shifts. 
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer passes the Responsible Sale of Alcohol Licence (RSA) training and the completion of 3 hospitality shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer. 
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on Friday 12th January 2024, the next pay date following the work week in which the incentive ended and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout. 
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until the 3rd January 2024 to pass the Responsible Sale of Alcohol Licence (RSA) training and work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above pay out. If the Responsible Sale of Alcohol Licence (RSA) training and minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after the 3rd January, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • A Verified Flexer is a worker who has downloaded the App, had a successful interview that resulted in the verification of at least one role on our system, and successfully passed the right-to-work check and set up their payment information with Indeed Flex on or after the 11th November 2023. 
  • Hospitality shifts include Front and Back of House roles as listed here: Bar Back, Barista, Bartender, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, General Staff, Festival Staff, Food Prep Assistant, Kitchen Porter, Lead Chef, Porter, Hospitality Supervisor, Hospitality Team Leader, Host, Sous Chef and Waiting Staff. 
  • The Responsible Sale of Alcohol Licence (RSA) training is delivered online via Jotform provided by Indeed Flex.

Sainsbury’s Driver Shift Completion Program

This program is valid from 1st December 2023 to 31st December 2023.

  • This program is open to:
    • New  Flexers, who interview as a Home Delivery Driver with Indeed Flex on or after 1st December 2023 and complete the required number of shifts for Sainsbury’s as a Home Delivery Driver in the United Kingdom through the Indeed Flex platform.
    • New Partner Drivers who have completed induction training at one of Sainsbury’s Hub’s on or after 1st December 2023 and complete the required number of shifts for Sainsbury’s as a home Delivery Driver with Indeed Flex in the United Kingdom.
    • Inducted Flexers or Inducted Partner Drivers who are inducted for driving shifts but have not worked before 1st December 2023.
  • New Flexers are defined as: anyone who attends an interview on or after 1st December 2023 and does not have an existing Indeed Flex account.
  • New Driver Partners are defined as: anyone who attends an induction through an Indeed Flex Partner Agency on or after 1st December 2023
  • Eligible Flexers and Driver Partners must book minimum five (5) shifts as a Home Delivery Driver with Sainsbury’s following a successful Indeed Flex Induction, and successfully complete these shifts by 31st, December 2023 to qualify for the incentive of:
    •  £250 (South Region Sainsbury’s locations only); or 
    • £150 (Sainsbury’s locations outside of the South Region)
    • Participating Sainsbury’s South Region stores are located under the following post codes found HERE:

The Flexer or Driver Partner completing shifts with Sainsbury’s outside of the South Region will receive the following amount on 12th, January 2024 based on the following criteria:

New Flexers or Driver Partners are eligible for £150 after booking a minimum five (5) shifts after completing a Sainsbury’s induction shift, and completing these shifts before 31st December 2023.

  • Inducted Driver Flexers or Partner Drivers are eligible for £100 after the completion of five (5) Home Delivery Drivers shifts. They cannot have worked a Home Delivery Driver shift before 1st, December 2023.
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer or Driver Partner completes, qualifying shifts and induction as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer or Partner Driver.
  • This incentive can be combined with any other driver-related incentive.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on  the next pay date following the work week in which the incentive ended and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.

  • Flexers and Partner Drivers will have until 31st December 2023 to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above pay out. If the minimum number of required shifts are completed after 31st December 2023, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.

A Verified Flexer is a worker who has downloaded the App, had a successful interview that resulted in the verification of at least one role on our system, and successfully passed the right-to-work check and set up their payment information with Indeed Flex. 

Responsible Sale of Alcohol Licence (RSA) Shift Completion Program before November 10th

  1. This program is valid from 10th November 2023 to 3rd January 2024.
  2. This Program is only open to Verified Flexers (defined below) who pass the Responsible Sale of Alcohol Licence (RSA) training and complete 3 hospitality shifts (defined below) located in Scotland. You are not eligible for this Program if you have previously completed your RSA training.
  3. Flexers must pass RSA training and complete a minimum of 3 hospitality shifts located in Scotland by 3rd January 2024.
  4. The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria:
    £25 after they pass Responsible Sale of Alcohol Licence (RSA) training and the completion of 3 hospitality shifts.
  5. The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer passes the Responsible Sale of Alcohol Licence (RSA) training and the completion of 3 hospitality shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.

Sainsbury’s Driver Check Code Reactivation Incentive Programme

  1. This program is valid from 21st November 2023 to 24th December 2023.
  2. This Program is only open to Verified Flexers (defined below) who provide an updated Driver Check code within a set period (defined below) and complete three shifts for Sainsbury’s as a Home Delivery Driver in the United Kingdom with Indeed Flex.
  3. Flexers must provide Indeed Flex with an updated driver check code on or before 30th November as requested by Indeed Flex to qualify for the incentive of £100, which is payable after completing a four hour Sainsbury’s induction shift (if required) and 3 Home Delivery Driver shifts for Sainsbury’s thereafter. (“Qualifying Shifts”).
  4. The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria: £100 after the submission of a valid driver check code by 30th November 2023 and completion of Sainsbury’s driver induction if required (4 hours) and 3 Sainsbury’s Home Delivery Driver shifts on or before the end date of 24th December.
  5. The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer submits a new driver check code to Indeed Flex on or before 30th November and completes the shifts and induction as noted above on or before the 24th December.
    This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
    This bonus applies to existing Flexers only who have been contacted by Indeed Flex in the month of November 2023 to provide a new code.
  6. This incentive cannot be combined with any other Indeed Flex incentive with the exception of the Indeed Flex Festive prize draw.
  7. All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on  the next pay date following the work week in which the incentive ended and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  8. The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  9. Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  10. Flexers will have until 24th December 2023 to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above pay out. If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after 24th December 2023, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  11. A Verified Flexer is a worker who has downloaded the App, had a successful interview that resulted in the verification of at least one role on our system, and successfully passed the right-to-work check and set up their payment information with Indeed Flex.

 

Sainsbury’s Driver Compliance Completion Incentive Program

  1. This program is valid from 21st November 2023 to 24th December 2023.
  2. This program is open to newly Verified Flexers who are interviewed as a Home Delivery Driver with Indeed Flex from 21st November 2023 onwards and complete shifts for Sainsbury’s as a Home Delivery Driver in the United Kingdom.
  3. New Flexers must complete all required driver compliance (defined below) within a 24 hour period following a successful Indeed Flex virtual interview to qualify for the incentive of £50, payable after completing one four hour Sainsbury’s induction shift and three Home Delivery Driver shifts thereafter for Sainsbury’s. (“Qualifying Shifts”)
  4. “Completion of required driver compliance” is defined as submitting the following to Indeed Flex within a 24 hour period following a successful interview:
    – Right to Work Documents (Valid UK Passport or Visa Share-Code or Birth Certificate, Proof of National insurance and valid Photo ID).
    – Valid UK Driving licence (must have held a UK licence for a minimum of 1 year).
    – DVLA Driver Check Code (with no major offences)
    – Completion of a DBS Application (via a link Indeed Flex will provide)
  5. The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the following criteria: £50 after the completion of Driver Compliance documentation within a 24 hour period following a successful interview, and completion of Sainsbury’s driver induction (4 hours) and 3 shifts thereafter before the end date of 24th December.
  6. The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the documentation, qualifying shifts and induction as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer. This bonus applies to new Flexers only, interviewed on or after 21st November 2023.
  7. This incentive cannot be combined with any other driver related incentive, with the exception of the Indeed Flex Festive prize draw.
  8. All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on  the next pay date following the work week in which the incentive ended and are net of estimated applicable taxes and withholdings.
  9. The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  10. Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.

By participating in and entering the Sweepstakes as described herein, you agree that the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes may telephone you, even if your number is on a do not call list or registry.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to verified Indeed Flexers who are legal residents of the United Kingdom, and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. You need not be present to win (though presence may be required to enter). Headquarters Employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of (a) Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and/or (b) employees of companies with policies prohibiting employees from accepting gifts from vendors (“Prohibited Employees”), are not eligible to enter or win.   4. HOW TO ENTER:  This Sweepstakes begins at 00:01/GMT on October 20th 2023 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 23:59 / GMT on  December 31st (the “End Date”).  You may enter this Sweepstakes only by doing all of the following: 

    1. STEP 1. For every shift you work, you will gain one (1) free entry into the Festive Prize Draw. 
    2. STEP 2. You will receive one (1) free entry for every additional shift successfully completed during the promotional period, subject to the below requirements. To receive an entry, you must clock in and clock out correctly before and after every shift with your geolocation turned on. You must complete one (1) shift for each additional entry.
    3. STEP 3. All entries must be received by 23:59 / GMT on December 31st 2023 on the End Date. Illegible, incomplete, and duplicate entries will be disqualified.  Entries will not be accepted other than as described above. A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per winner. The random draw will be redrawn if a particular winner appears twice.
    4. STEP 4. If a Flexer receives a ban at the draw date, all entries accumulated over the Promotional Period, will not be eligible for this promotion.
    5. STEP 5. Shifts completed during the promotional period with Indeed Flex automatically enter you into the Festive Prize.  If you do not wish to participate in this Sweepstakes, please use the opt-out link in relevant communications. 

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: There will be a total of SIXTY FIVE (65) prizes awarded. The prizes (“Prize(s)”) shall consist of the following:

a. 5 first place prizes of £2000.00, to be awarded to FIVE (5) winner (s) chosen as described in Section 5 below;

b. 10 second place prizes of UK £500.00, to be awarded to TEN (10) winner (s) chosen as described in Section 5 below;

c. 50 third place prizes of UK £100.00, to be awarded to FIFTY (50) winner (s) chosen as described in Section 5 below;

Each winner shall have their prize sent via payroll to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex, less applicable taxes and withholdings. All tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of each Winner, and Winner acknowledges that the amount withheld by Indeed Flex may not constitute the full amount of taxes owed. Winners are responsible for any and all costs related to the Prize(s).

6. RANDOM DRAWING: A total of only SIXTY FIVE (65) Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, on or about January 12th, 2024 by an automated computer process utilised by Sponsor at Sponsor’s corporate office, which decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. The Winners will be notified via email and or sms by January 12th, 2024..

Friends of Flexer’s Referral Bonus

Friends of Flexer’s Referral Bonus
The Friends of Flexer’s Referral Bonus seeks to reward Flexers (the ‘Referrer’) who refer their friends (the ‘Claimant’) to complete a shift for Indeed Flex. Once a Claimant has completed their first shift, both the Referrer and Claimant will each receive a Referral Bonus of £40.
 
To qualify for the Referral Bonus:
      • The Referrer must share their Unique Referral Code, which can be found within their Indeed Flex app profile.
      • The Claimant must redeem the Referrer’s Unique Referral Code before they commence their first shift.
      • Once a Unique Referral Code has been redeemed, the Claimant has thirty (30) days to complete their first shift.
      • Once the Claimant has completed their first shift, the Claimant will receive their £40 Referral Bonus payment in the next available payroll.
      • The Referrer must complete at least one (1) shift before they receive their £40 Referral Bonus payment. Once a shift is completed, any outstanding Referral Bonus payments will be made in the next available payroll.

    3. Referral:

      • Become a Verified Flexer 
      • Redeem the Unique Referral Code prior to commencing their first shift.
      • Complete 1 shift within 30 days of redeeming the Unique Referral Code (‘Qualifying Shift’).
      • Remain a Verified Flexer in good standing at the time of payout.
        • This bonus is considered earned when the Referral completes the 1 shift within 30 days of redeeming the Unique Referral Code in accordance with the criteria set forth herein

    4. Referrer:

    Friends of Flexers Referral Bonus

    The Friends of Flexer’s Referral Bonus seeks to reward Flexers (the ‘Referrer’) who refer their friends (the ‘Claimant’) to complete a shift for Indeed Flex. Once a Claimant has completed their first shift, both the Referrer and Claimant will each receive a Referral Bonus of £40.

    To qualify for the Referral Bonus:

    1. ALL REFERRALS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY [04/06/2023] (the “End Date”) to be eligible.
    2. The Referrer must share their Unique Referral Code, which can be found within their Indeed Flex app profile.
    3. The Claimant must redeem the Referrer’s Unique Referral Code before they commence their first shift.
    4. Once a Unique Referral Code has been redeemed, the Claimant has thirty (30) days or until the End Date to complete their first shift, whichever is earlier. For clarity, a Claimant’s first shift may not be completed after the End Date.
    5. Once the Claimant has completed their first shift, the Claimant will receive their £40 Referral Bonus payment in the next available payroll.
    6. The Referrer must complete at least one (1) shift before they receive their £40 Referral Bonus payment. Once a shift is completed, any outstanding Referral Bonus payments will be made in the next available payroll. This shift must be completed prior to the End Date.

    Each entry provides the worker with an opportunity to win one prize from a prize pool inclusive of 5 x £1,000 and 5 x £250 tax-free cash bonuses.

        1. Winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The live draw will take place on 9th September 2022. The winner must be still verified as an Indeed Flex worker when the draw happens.
        2. The winning entries will be paid their cash prizes via payroll on the 30th of September 2022.
        3. If you are banned/unverified as of 31st August 2022 you will not be eligible for the prize draw regardless of the number of shifts completed during the period of 1st July 2022 to 31st August 2022.
        4. All reward winners will be announced and notified by email on or before 9th September 2022. If a winner does not respond to Indeed Flex within 30 days of being notified by Indeed Flex, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Indeed Flex shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 30 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Indeed Flex shall be entitled to select another winner.
        5. Employees or agencies of Indeed Flex or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Indeed Flex 2022 Summer Draw.
        6. Workers completing shifts between 1st July – 31st August 2022 will be automatically included in the Indeed Flex 2022 Summer Prize draw and subject to the terms and conditions of this initiative.
        7. Only one worker account per person. Flexers with duplicate accounts are not allowed.
        8. Indeed Flex accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and is not specifically included in the prize.

    Delivery Driver Bonus – Earn as you work up to 40 shifts

    Earn up to £1,500 in bonuses for completing Delivery Driver shifts at specified UK locations from 1st March 2022 until 31st May 2022.

    Each time you complete a set of 10 Delivery Driver shifts during our incentive period, up to a maximum of 40 shifts, you will earn a bonus:

    Payments

    Indeed Flexer Christmas Prize Draw 2021

        1. In order to qualify for the Indeed Flex Christmas Prize Draw 2021, you must have completed the following number of shifts and meet the below requirements:

    To be eligible to win, you will have to:

        • You must successfully complete 15 shifts between 26th October to  31st December to be eligible for the draw. After you have worked 15 shifts you will receive 15 tickets. For every shift you work after you will receive 1 ticket. 1 worked shift = 1 ticket. Every ticket you receive will then be placed in a computerised random draw.

    The Indeed Flex Perks scheme powered by Collective will launch on 18th October 2021. Indeed Flex will use your shift count from 13th September – 11th October 2021 to calculate your first 6 weeks eligibility. The following months will be calculated per calendar month from 1st December 2021. 

    Access to Collective is based on the number of completed shifts. Cancelled shifts are not counted. You can view how many shifts you have completed by heading to your Profile –> Earnings –> Total Earnings.

    If you have met the criteria above for either the SILVER or GOLD tier, you will have access to Collective from 18th October – 30th November. You will receive details directly from Collective via text and email on 18th October, giving you the option to sign up. This is completely free, so we encourage you to take full advantage. If you have not met the above criteria, your eligibility will be reassessed on 30th November. If you are then eligible, you will receive your onboarding communications on 1st December directly from Collective. 

    If you were previously eligible for Collective, you would not receive any new communications; your membership with the platform will roll over.

    Wayfair Warehouse Operative Peak Bonus starting from 19th Sep – 5th Dec

    To receive the £100 attendance bonus and additional £1.25 premium on every hour worked, you must fulfill the following requirements:

        • The existing Flexer must have completed all shifts from 19th September 2021 to 5th December 2021, including the mandatory scheduled shifts between 26th November 2021 to 3rd December 2021.
        • Participating site: Wayfair Lutterworth.
        •  An additional £1.25 for every hour worked during the peak period will be paid in a lump sum in December. 
        • The Flexer must be employed with Indeed Flex on 5th December to receive £1.25 in a lump sum.
        • The £100 attendance bonus will be paid in a lump sum in December when all shifts have been completed during the peak period.
        •  If a Flexer starts the first shift after 19th September, the £100 attendance bonus will be pro-rated.
        •  Any scheduled PTO or regulatory leave of absence in the peak period will be deducted from the £100. 
        • If a Flexer does not complete all of their scheduled hours in the period described, the £100 lump sum bonus will not be paid except under exceptional circumstances.
        • The bonuses will be subject to tax deductions as applicable.
        • The bonuses will be paid through payroll along with your paycheck on the pay date.
