Access to temporary, flexible Industrial jobs at Park Royal with Indeed Flex!

We try to make it as simple as possible to join Indeed Flex. However, as a minimum, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have relevant Right To Work documents (see here for more information)
• Have a smartphone, as we’re an app-based service
• Have a registered UK bank account

At Indeed Flex, we know that some roles require you to bring your own personal protective equipment (PPE) to stay safe when working. Perhaps, for example, you’ll be working on a construction site. We can reimburse our Flexers up to the value of £30 if you need to buy a high vis’ jacket and safety boots. Simply contact us by visiting the support section in the app to enquire about PPE requirements. 

Please note: In order to be reimbursed, you must be able to provide a VAT receipt for your purchase.

In order to stand out, it is important that you upload your previous work experience onto your profile and fill out your professional summary (‘bio’); employers want to see what you’ve actually done, where you’ve worked, the level of responsibility you held, and how that relates to their role.

Remember – this is your opportunity to sell yourself to employers and tell them who you are and why they should choose you. 

You can view available shifts two ways:

1. Browse tab

On the ‘browse’ tab, you’ll see everything available according to the preferences you set on your profile. To refine your search, you can add more filters. You may come across shifts that require you to apply to work with the client. If so, once you’ve applied, you’ll need to wait to receive an offer, so keep tabs on your inbox and notifications.

2. My Jobs tab

• Look on the ‘offered’ tab, under ‘my jobs,’ to see available shifts to book immediately.
• Select the shift you want and tap ‘book shift.’ It will then show in the ‘booked’ tab.

Make sure you read through the description thoroughly, so you understand what that shift entails, if you can get to the location, and if you have the correct uniform. To learn about booking shifts, read more here.
