What is the Right To Work verification?

This is a legal requirement, and, as your employer, we need to verify your right to work in the UK. We only need to verify you once, and then you can work multiple shifts and access many benefits, including Instant Pay, holiday pay, cash bonuses, regular prize draws and seasonal incentives.

What requirements do I need to meet to join Indeed Flex?

I don't have any previous experience, can I still join Indeed Flex?

Some previous experience of roles is preferred, but many roles on the app require 3–6 months’ experience, rather than years.

Full details of the experience and skills required per role are made visible within the job’s description.

If our recruitment team believe you have a great attitude and would fit a fast-paced environment, you may be suitable for some entry-level hospitality roles. Over a period of time, as you build your experience, you can advance into more roles with Flex.

I have an Indeed Flex account but I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Enter your email address into the app (the one you used when registering with Indeed Flex).
Click the “Forgot Your Password” link.
Enter your email address again.
You’ll receive a notification that we’ve emailed you your password.
Go to your emails and click the link to reset your password.

Please note: If you would like to change your password – you can via Profile > My Settings > Account Settings > Change Password.
