Some previous experience of roles is preferred, but many roles on the app require 3 – 6 months’ experience, rather than years.

If our recruitment team believe you have a great attitude and would fit a fast-paced environment, you may be suitable for some entry-level industrial roles. Over a period of time, as you build your experience, you can advance into more roles with Flex. 

In order to stand out, it is important that you upload your previous work experience onto your profile and fill out your professional summary (‘bio’); employers want to see what you’ve actually done, where you’ve worked, the level of responsibility you held, and how that relates to their role.

Remember – this is your opportunity to sell yourself to employers and tell them who you are and why they should choose you.
