Indeed Flex Levels

We’re excited to announce that we’re enhancing the Indeed Flex rewards program. Indeed Flex Levels focuses on rewarding you for the things you do right. Your good work deserves recognition. That’s why Indeed Flex Levels status serves as a direct reflection of all the great things you do, contributing to your Indeed Flex Levels status. With Indeed Flex Levels, you are in control of your status with more opportunities to enhance your standing with Flex and our clients.

As your level rises, so will your access to new job opportunities. This means that the higher your status, the better your job access and the greater your potential rewards.

How does it work?

The shifts you work and the feedback you receive determines your status level. Your status is impacted by both positive and negative actions. View your status and performance actions in the Indeed Flex app.

What is a positive action?

  • Completed Shifts: Work more shifts to earn recognition.
  • Five Star Rating: Deliver excellent service to get priority access to future job opportunities.
  • Being Dependable: Staying consistent is the secret to unlocking better rewards.

How do I improve my level?

Focus on completing shifts on time, maintaining high ratings, and demonstrating reliability. Consistency is key to climbing through the ranks and unlocking greater rewards. Stay on top of your actions and status by using the dashboard in the Flex app.

What is a negative action?

If you break the terms within your Flexer policy, you risk a drop in status. The actions that will impact your score negatively:

  • Not showing up to your booked shift.
  • Canceling your shift with less than 48 hours to the start time.
  • Receiving negative feedback or a bad rating from your employer.
  • Working a shift without confirming it on your Flex app (i.e. you have fallen off the shift for not confirming your attendance but still arrived and worked the shift.)
  • Being sent home for arriving late to a shift.
  • Being sent home for arriving in attire that violates the dress code.
  • Being flagged for speeding while working as a delivery driver.

If you believe you have been given a negative action in error, or you have a valid reason for not following your Flexer terms, you have 72 hours to appeal.

Can I still be banned from the app?

Yes. If your status drops into the category of “ban review” due to negative actions, your account will be under review, and you could be banned.

We’re excited to see you thrive and reap the rewards of all your hard work as your status rises. Happy Flexing!
