Pay: £14.70 per hour (including £1.58 holiday pay)

Shift pattern: Monday–Thursday OR Friday–Monday | 7am–5pm

About the Role

We're recruiting an experienced Industrial Cleaner for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Kettering (NN15).

You’ll be working in a food manufacturing environment, helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety across production areas, equipment and facilities.

This role is ideal for someone with previous industrial or food manufacturing cleaning experience who takes pride in their work and can commit to a long-term shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out industrial cleaning tasks within a food manufacturing environment, following strict hygiene, food safety and health and safety procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across production and operational areas.
• Deep clean production equipment, machinery and facilities as required.
• Safely use industrial cleaning equipment and approved cleaning chemicals in line with workplace procedures.
• Work safely in challenging environments, including at height and in confined spaces, where required.
• Follow site rules and procedures to help maintain a safe, clean and hygienic working environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have at least 6 months of cleaning experience in an industrial or food manufacturing environment.
• Be aged 18 or over.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be able to commit to one of the advertised shift patterns on a long-term basis.
• Have your own high-visibility vest and safety boots.
• Be a reliable team player with good communication skills.
• Follow hygiene, safety and cleaning procedures carefully.
