Chef de Partie - Festive Shifts - Edinburgh

Pay: £17.93 per hour (including holiday pay)

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes.
• Taking responsibility for your section during service.
• Supporting busy kitchen teams during festive events.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Following food safety and allergen procedures.

What you'll need:

• At least 6 months' experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Food Safety Level 2 certification.
• Allergen Awareness certification.
• Aged 18 or over.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Confidence working in fast-paced kitchens.
