Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Chef de Partie.
• MUST be 18 or over with the right to work in the UK.
• Food Safety Level 2 certification and Allergen Awareness certification.
• Capacity to work across all kitchen sections and assist junior staff during service.
