Apply to be a Waiting Staff and get hired for flexible shifts

We try to make it as simple as possible to join Indeed Flex. However, as a minimum, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have relevant Right To Work documents (see here for more information)
• Have a smartphone, as we’re an app-based service
• Have a registered UK bank account

Some previous experience of roles is preferred, but many roles on the app require 3 – 6 months’ experience, rather than years.

If our recruitment team believe you have a great attitude and would fit a fast-paced environment, you may be suitable for some entry-level hospitality roles. Over a period of time, as you build your experience, you can advance into more roles with Flex. 

This is a legal requirement, and as your employer we need to verify your right to work in the United Kingdom. We only need to verify you once, and then you can work multiple shifts and access many benefits including weekly payments, pension (where eligible), holiday pay and many more.
