What requirements do I need to meet to join Indeed Flex?

I have a student visa and can only work 10/20 hours per week. Can I still apply?

If you would like to work more than the restricted hours during break, you will need to upload a copy of a letter/email from your university, on official letter-headed paper. The document will need the following information:

Full name
Course details
The start and end date
The term dates for the duration of your course

Please make sure that this letter has all this relevant information before submitting via the app chat or it will not be accepted.

I don't have any previous experience, can I still join Indeed Flex?

Some previous experience of roles is preferred, but many roles on the app require 3–6 months’ experience, rather than years.

Full details of the experience and skills required per role are made visible within the job’s description.

If our recruitment team believe you have a great attitude and would fit a fast-paced environment, you may be suitable for some entry-level hospitality roles. Over a period of time, as you build your experience, you can advance into more roles with Flex.

I have an Indeed Flex account but I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Enter your email address into the app (the one you used when registering with Indeed Flex).
Click the “Forgot Your Password” link.
Enter your email address again.
You’ll receive a notification that we’ve emailed you your password.
Go to your emails and click the link to reset your password.

Please note: If you would like to change your password – you can via Profile > My Settings > Account Settings > Change Password.
