I prepare any kind of food and that's the beauty of being a Flexer Chef. During my shifts, I’m involved in all departments of the kitchen and so I gain experience in different kitchens, and learn different cooking styles.

I started as a Chef de Partie and then as a Sous Chef for three years. I then became an Onboarding Executive. Over three years I have worked at hotels, stadiums, and high-end restaurants, which has not only grown my skills but resulted in several job offers, and promotions. By working with different clients I was able to build a small business as a consultant chef specialising in menu costing and training for smaller bespoke kitchens.
