There could be a few different reasons why you can’t see shifts. Here are some things you can check:
- First, check your Right To Work Documents or visa are up to date and that you are still verified. Click here for more information on how to check your right to work.
- Check that you’ve set up your availability and hourly rate to suit what you are looking for. If you’re open to more opportunities it’ll give you the chance to browse more widely for different jobs.
- Unfortunately, we may not have jobs in your area at this time. If this is the case you’ll see a message saying ‘no jobs available for this filtering’. We recommend turning your notifications on and checking the app regularly to see more shifts.
Please note: Your friends and colleagues might see different shifts than you! This may be because of different roles, locations, pay rates, and networks.
