We try not to overwhelm you with endless form filling and time-consuming processes, but to join us, you will need:
- To be 18 or over. Unfortunately, we’re unable to hire Flexers who are under 18.
- Your Right to Work Documents. We’re only able to hire Flexers who can legally work and live in the UK, so you’ll be asked to provide your Right to Work documents before you can get verified: you can see what they are, here.
- A smartphone: we’re an app-based employment service. The Indeed Flex app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Playstore, free of charge. You’ll need to use it to book shifts, record your attendance, and, most importantly, get paid!
- A little work experience across one of our industries; hospitality, retail, industrial, facilities management, healthcare.
