I completed my interview but I still haven’t been verified. What should I do?

Firstly, don’t worry - this can always be sorted, and you’ll soon be able to book shifts. Here are some reasons you may not be verified yet:

1. You may not have submitted your Right To Work documents correctly – check here to see which documents we accept.
2. You may be missing certificates for us to verify you for certain roles. If you’re in Scotland, we need your RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or if it’s a food-related role we need Food Allergens & Food Safety Level 2.
3. You may not have been verified because you didn’t match the experience needed for the roles in your area.
