The hospitality industry has had a tumultuous year. The economic output was down by 90% in April 2020

compared to February 2020 thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the summer we saw the introduction of the Eat Out to Help out scheme give the industry a boost before forcing many to close their doors once again towards the end of 2020.

It’s been a learning curve for all organisations and we’re bringing together some industry experts to explore their key takeaways from the experience.

Join the discussion as we explore the following topics:

  • The biggest impacts on the hospitality industry

  • What can hospitality venues do to safeguard themselves and visitors for reopening?

  • The importance of mental health & wellbeing for Hospitality professionals

  • Actionable insights for moving forward in the industry

  • Q&A
