As part of our Personal Development Series, we hosted a 1-hour webinar centered around creating your own personal development plan. Thank you to the lovely Carl Williams for speaking and to all 341 of you for attending, it was quite the turnout.

Carl discussed what a personal development plan is and what they are used for. He also explored what type of thinker you might be and shared how to set achievable personal development goals.

Carl has been teaching personal development practices for 2 years and has researched holistic methods to better understand ways in which people can become engaged with personal goal setting.
