We’ve upgraded your messaging experience to make communication quicker and more effective.
What’s new?
- Search Any Worker Instantly – Quickly find individual internal workers using improved search right from the messaging tab—no more scrolling or guessing.
- Message Internal Workers Anytime – You can now message internal workers even if they’re not on a shift. Keep communication flowing on your terms.
- Broadcast Smarter with Context – When sending messages to multiple workers, you’ll now see key shift details (venue, role, date, and time) so you can message the right people with confidence.
- Clear Flexer Messaging Rules – Messaging Flexers? You’ll see clear guidance on when it’s allowed – only during active bookings or within 24 hours of their last shift. No more guesswork.
- Modern Look, Seamless Flow – Messaging is now available with a sleek new design that matches the rest of your portal-less clicking, more clarity.
View profiles at a glance
We’ve upgraded the Worker Profile experience to save you time and highlight what matters most, while keeping all the functionality you rely on.
What’s new?
- No More Scrolling – The profile is now organised into easy-access tabs like Summary, Experience, and Locations, so you can quickly find what you need.
- Key Info, Front and Centre – View essential details like completed shifts, roles, skills, and availability at a glance, all in a clean, modern layout.
- Actions That Work With You – Need to add/remove staff, block, or delete a worker? All key actions are now available right at the top of the page.
- Print-Ready Resume – Want a physical copy? Just hit Print—the full profile across all tabs will be included in a clear, professional format.

With this update, you can view real-time worker and shift data directly through your portal. This is perfect for streamlining headcount planning and shift updates, such as job role, venue/area, upcoming shifts booked, hours worked, and temp-to-perm transitions, all in one place.

We’ve introduced a redesigned, read-only schedule page to make planning and monitoring even smoother. You’ll notice a simplified layout, clear visibility into worker statuses, and options to customise your view based on daily or weekly summaries. Searching and filtering shifts is now more intuitive, allowing you to focus on what matters most.
