We’re always keen to share good news with our Flexperts, Flexers, and clients alike, so we’re delighted to announce that, yet again, Indeed Flex has been recognised as one of the UK’s top staffing companies to work for, at the annual Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) awards.

This is the second year in a row we’ve received this honour, so to say we’re proud, and somewhat humbled, is an understatement.

Such an honour is testament to our ongoing aim of creating a working environment where every employee feels valued, supported, recognised, and motivated to succeed – and where they can truly be themselves.

We want Indeed Flex, across all locations, to be a place employees want to come in and work, where they foster good relationships with their colleagues (knowing many as friends), and where they benefit from a positive vibe all round.

But we know a positive working environment, and having an engaged workforce, is more than just offering comfy beanbags, fancy coffee machines, juices, and games rooms.

And it’s certainly more than simply taking home a salary.

That’s why we make sure we properly invest in our people, by offering a comprehensive range of benefits to look after both their physical and mental wellbeing, and by offering a number of professional growth opportunities.

From healthcare coverage and dental plans to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and free counselling, to dedicated time for volunteering, duvet days, birthdays off; we strive to provide a supportive environment where everyone can thrive, grow, progress, and feel comfortable that this is the place for them.

Natasha Mitchell, our Vice President of Human Resources, emphasises our focus on continuous improvement and employee development:

We’re honoured to receive this recognition once again. Our goal is to nurture a culture where learning and growth are encouraged, allowing each team member to reach their full potential.

Ursula Williams, SIA President, said:

2023 was a challenging year for companies adjusting to post-pandemic conditions, including a tight job market and inflationary pressures.

SIA’s Best Staffing Firms To Work For are shining examples of companies who prioritised and maximised their employee engagement, as reported by their own employees.

In rounding things off, we’d like to say a huge thank you to all of our Flexperts, for your ceaseless hard work, as we couldn’t gain this recognition without your efforts.

Another huge thank you goes to our clients, for your dedication and your loyalty in helping us to become the force we now are in the UK’s temporary staffing industry.

And of course, we have to thank our committed, reliable, hard-working Flexers, who constantly step up to help our clients fulfil their staffing needs and work their socks off time and time again.
