Building a dependable, high-quality workforce doesn’t require complex systems, lengthy processes or creating yet another mammoth spreadsheet. One simple habit can transform your staffing experience: rating your workers after every shift on the Flex Platform.

Each rating helps create a trusted pool of talent you can rely on, who are ready to hit the ground running when you need them. In just a few seconds, you strengthen retention, boost worker loyalty, and save valuable time when filling future roles.

Why your ratings matter

Your feedback does more than close out a shift. Positive ratings keep great workers engaged and motivated to return. By taking a moment to recognise their high performance, you’re reinforcing the standards and culture that make your business successful.

The power of a 5-star rating

A 5-star rating is your stamp of approval — a clear signal that a worker has done well and you valued their contribution. It tells them, “You did an excellent job, and we’d love to have you back.”

When you award a worker 5 stars, they automatically join your preferred worker pool and gain priority access to your future shifts, as soon as they are posted. Over time, these top performers become your go-to team, familiar with your operations, expectations, and standards and help keep your business moving.

This consistency means less onboarding, fewer surprises, and smoother shifts. You’ll spend less time worrying about reliability and more time focusing on your business, knowing your shifts are filled by people you trust.

If you score a worker 4 stars, then they won’t be prioritised for your job postings, and for 3 stars or less we’ll block their access to view any future shifts you post. This guarantees that only the Flexers that did a good job will see your shifts in the future.

Build your trusted talent pool

Your worker pool is your hidden advantage — a team of reliable Flexers who already understand how you operate and can step in seamlessly when you need them.

By taking a few seconds to rate every worker, you’re actively shaping a dependable, high-performing team you can count on, shift after shift.
