In May, we sent out a survey to get your feedback on your experience with Indeed Flex. Thanks to the amazing response we received, we now have a much clearer picture of how we’re doing—both the highlights and the areas where we can improve.

76% of you told us that you expect to be working with Indeed Flex in the next 6 months! This is great to hear and has increased by 8% from when we asked last year.
Our App
We work hard to make the Indeed Flex app as user-friendly as possible, ensuring that you, our Flexers, can access work quickly and easily. We’re thrilled to hear that 91% of you find the app easy to use
Expectations
We put a lot of effort into keeping Flexers informed and ready for what’s next, so we’re thrilled to hear that 88% of you feel that you are clear on what is expected of you after reading the job descriptions in the app.

App features and functionality
We’re dedicated to making our app as user-friendly as possible, with features designed to streamline your experience. We’re excited to hear that so many of you believe these functions are what truly set us apart!
What’s not so good (and how we’re working to fix it)
Currently, only 31% of you can always find a job on our app when you need one. While we’ve seen some progress since last year, we’re still dedicated to increasing the number of available shifts for our Flexers.
What we are doing to fix this issue
- Our client teams are working harder than ever, with our current employers, to increase the number of shifts available and to provide more consistent shift volumes.
- We’ve cut down on recruitment and are only actively recruiting new Flexers in areas where we don’t already have Flexers for available shifts.
- We’re working on our job-matching process, to ensure that you see the right shifts at the right time.
It also goes without saying that we’re always actively looking for new clients to provide shifts for you.
