London, March 8, 2023 — Indeed Flex has been named among the best UK staffing firms to work for at the international Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) annual awards.
The SIA’s Best Staffing Firms to Work For award recognises companies in the UK, the United States and Ireland that create a fun, challenging, and rewarding workplace for their employees.
Indeed Flex, the online staffing platform for temporary work, is among this year’s UK winners.
The best firms were chosen via survey results which measured key engagement categories such as teamwork, trust in senior leaders, diversity and inclusion, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
Employees at Indeed Flex are given a range of work perks including private medical insurance, a dental plan, duvet days, volunteering days and office closure over Christmas.
The award comes a few months after Indeed Flex kicked off an official rebrand with a national advertising campaign.
