Responsibilities include:
- Directing temps to correct areas of the facility on arrival
- Meeting and greeting temps on first-day arrival, showing them the facilities i.e Lavatories, canteen area, workplace fire evacuation points etc.
- Providing inductions for temps before first shifts where necessary.
- Coordinating check-in/out of staff across 7 shift patterns and liaising with Indeed Flex to request a backfill if workers do not turn up
- Monitoring performance in line with the requirements of the role
- Make sure break times are observed
Requirements:
- You must be able to work on your own and as part of a team
- Be punctual be visible on the machine at the start of your shift

Typical responsibilities may include:
- Loading and unloading deliveries and collections safely and relocating the goods to the area indicated by the team leaders
- Assisting the team leader when required within the warehouse and logistics area
- Safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets;
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace in the warehouse
- Working safely and accurately at speed and following instructions
Requirements:

- Previous FLT and Reach Truck experience
- Knowledge of the safety procedures regarding the use of forklift trucks
