1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the Indeed Flex Quality Guarantee Promotion. By participating, you (“Client”) agree to these terms. This promotion is available to new business clients only.
2. Parties Involved
This agreement is between Indeed Flex (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) and the Client, who books workers through our platform.
3. Promotion Overview
The Quality Guarantee Promotion offers a credit refund for shifts booked through Indeed Flex if the worker is deemed unsuitable, subject to the conditions outlined below.
4. Promotion Duration & Eligibility
Offer Period: The promotion applies to shifts booked between 25th October 2024 and 1st January 2025 and is open until November 25th
Claim Submission: Claims must be submitted by 31st January 2025 and within 7 days of the shift’s completion.
Booking Requirements: Shifts must be posted at least 48 hours before the start time and take place in designated key Flex locations.
5. Client Rating Requirement
To qualify for the guarantee, clients must rate the worker(s) on the Indeed Flex platform within 7 days of the shift’s completion. Failure to provide a rating will void the guarantee.
6. Refund Details
Refund Eligibility: Clients can receive a credit refund of up to 4 hours of the first filled shift, calculated based on the agreed hourly rate.
Definition of Quality: A worker’s quality is assessed based on the following criteria:
- Skills: Ability to perform the required tasks.
- Professionalism: Conduct during the shift, including interactions with colleagues and adherence to standards.
- Punctuality and Reliability: Timeliness and consistency in attending shifts.
- Fit for Role: Alignment between the worker’s capabilities and the specific job requirements.
A worker is considered unsuitable if issues are identified in any of these areas, validated through the review process.
7. Client Responsibilities
Rate the Worker: Clients must rate the worker(s) within 7 days of the shift’s completion. Not doing so will void the guarantee.
Submit Claim Form: Complete the Quality Guarantee Promotion Claim Form, detailing the shift and concerns about the worker’s suitability.
8. Claim Review Process
Claims will be reviewed by Indeed Flex, assessing the feedback to determine if the worker met suitability criteria.
If approved, a credit refund will be issued for future bookings.
9. Refund Method
Refund Amount: Clients can receive up to 4 hours worth of credit based on the agreed hourly rate.
Refund Issuance: Approved claims result in credit for future bookings, valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. Cash refunds are not available, and credits cannot be transferred.
10. Exclusions and Limitations
The guarantee does not apply to shifts cancelled by the client.
If a worker is replaced and the replacement completes the shift, the guarantee does not apply.
The guarantee covers only one shift per booking.
11. Modification of Terms
Indeed Flex reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes.
