Food Production Operatives - Various shift patterns available

Pay: £13.68 - 15.64 per hour* (depending on shift pattern)
*Inclusive of holiday pay, accrued at a rate of 12.07%

Shifts:

Morning: 6:54am – 3:00pm

• £13.68 per hour (inclusive of £12.21 holiday pay)

Afternoon: 2:54pm - 11pm

• £15.03 per hour (inclusive of £1.62 holiday pay)

Evening: 11:54pm - 7am

• £15.64 per hour (inclusive of £1.68 holiday pay)

The role

We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join a fast-paced food production facility in Wellingborough. This is a practical, team-based role in a busy environment.

A paid induction and Food Safety Level 2 certification are required before starting.

Key duties:

• Assist with the smooth running of the production line
• Pack and prepare products for dispatch
• Perform quality checks to meet product and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work area using 6S principles
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Aged 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
• Ability to lift up to 25kg and work on your feet for extended periods
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable
