Sous Chef - Dunstable - Nights
Pay: £21.09 per hour (inclusive of £2.27 holiday pay)
Shifts: Nights | 11pm - 4:30am
We're looking for experienced Sous Chefs to join our team for shifts in Dunstable.
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu preparation and food quality control.
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff, ensuring proper food handling, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, overseeing equipment, stock levels, and compliance with hygiene regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience working as a Sous Chef.
- Must be 18 or over
- Right to work in the UK
- Food Safety Level 2 & Allergen Awareness certification
- Confidence to step into busy kitchens and deliver high standards
