Lead Chef - London
Pay: £22.99 per hour (inclusive of £2.48 holiday pay)
We're looking for experienced Lead Chefs to join our team in London. Support our clients and kitchen teams by overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest quality and delivered on time, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, including equipment checks, stock management, and compliance with hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience working as a Lead Chef.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Food Safety Level 2 certification and Allergen Awareness certification.
- Confidence to step into busy kitchens and deliver high standards
