Hygiene Operatives – Night Shifts – Scunthorpe (DN15)

Salary: £13.68 per hour (inclusive of £1.47 holiday pay)

Shifts: 8pm – Finish | Full-time | Temp to Perm opportunity
**Shift end times may vary any time from 4am.

About the role

We're hiring Hygiene Operatives to join our client’s night shift team in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re looking for a stable, long-term position in a fast-paced food production environment. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety across all production areas and equipment.

**Please note: You must be able to drive to the venue as there is no public transport available for the shift times. Free parking is available.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience working in a hygiene operative role in a warehouse or factory environment
• Ability to drive onsite to the venue
• Ability to lift up to 25kg
• Ability to prepare cleaning chemicals safely
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Adaptable and flexible with working hours and cleaning tasks.
• Commitment to food safety and hygiene

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily cleaning tasks for the department and equipment as instructed.
• Ensure all production areas and equipment are cleaned according to safe working procedures.
• Safely use the correct cleaning chemicals in compliance with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) guidelines.
