Hotel Receptionist

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Hotel Receptionist - Doncaster - £13.98 p/hr

Pay: £13.98 per hour
(Inclusive of £1.50 holiday pay)

Shift patterns: 7am - 3pm | 2:45pm - 11:15pm

We're looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to support our client in Doncaster. In this role, you will be responisble for general hotel receptionist duties such as:

• Manage guest check-in and check-out
• Operate the OPERA system for bookings and guest records
• Handle reservations, amendments, and cancellations
• Process cash and card payments accurately
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest enquiries
• Provide friendly, professional customer service

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience working in a Receptionist role.
• Must have experience using OPERA systems.
• Must be 18 or over with the right to work in the UK.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organisation, verbal and written skills.
