Hospitality Team Leaders - Stadium Work
Location: Wembley, HA9
Pay: £16.90 per hour (inclusive of £1.82 holiday pay)
We're seeking experienced Hospitality Team Leaders to join our team for shifts in Wembley. This role is ideal for individuals with leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a busy, high-profile setting.
As a Hospitality Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team at a kiosk to ensure efficient service.
- Coordinating the setup and breakdown of event areas.
- Overseeing service delivery to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
- Supporting team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitoring performance and providing feedback to improve service quality.
- A positive and professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
