Hiring Food Production Operatives in Wellingborough!
Pay: £13.68 - £15.03 per hour* (depending on the shift pattern)
*Inclusive of holiday pay accrued at 12.07%
Shifts Available: 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm

About the Role:
We’re hiring reliable, motivated individuals to support a busy food production facility in Wellingborough. This is a hands-on role, ideal for those who enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
You will be required to complete a paid induction for this role and your Food Safety Level 2 certificate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth movement of goods through the production process
- Pack and prepare products for dispatch
- Carry out quality checks to meet safety and product standards
- Follow all health & safety guidelines
- Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and organised using 6S methodology
What We’re Looking For:
- 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
- Able to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Previous experience is desirable but not necessary.
