Food Prep Assistants - Clitheroe (BB7)

Pay: £14.76 per hour (inclusive of £1.59 holiday pay)

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Food Prep Assistants to join our team for shifts in Clitheroe. Please note, you must complete a DBS Standard for this position.

In this role, your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing ingredients such as chopping, portioning, weighing, and labelling.
• Assisting chefs and kitchen teams with basic cooking and food-handling tasks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across food prep areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Following strict food safety, allergen, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience working as a Food Prep Assistant.
• Must complete a DBS Standard for this position.
• Must be 18 or over with the right to work in the UK.
• Food Safety Level 2 certification and Allergen Awareness certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player.
