Festival Staff - Manchester

Pay: £13.68 per hour (inclusive of £1.47 holiday pay)

Shifts: Ad hoc shifts

About the role

We’re looking for energetic and reliable Festival Staff in Manchester to join our flexible events team. You’ll help deliver smooth, safe, and memorable experiences for guests by supporting operations, hospitality, and on-site logistics.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assist with event set-up, operations, and pack-down
• Welcome and guide festivalgoers
• Support food, drink, or merchandise service areas
• Help maintain cleanliness and safety on-site
• Work as part of a team to ensure the event runs smoothly

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months’ experience working in hospitality.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
