Digital Press Operator

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Digital Press Operator required in Sheffield!

Pay Rate: £13.68 per hour (inclusive of £1.47 holiday pay)

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm

Start Date: Tuesday 27th May

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

• During Training: 9:30am – 5pm
• After Training: 6am – 1:30pm

*Paid training can take up to 3 weeks.

About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Digital Press Operator to join one of our leading industrial clients in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term employment with the potential for a permanent role. You will be responsible for operating digital presses in accordance with job specifications and ensuring the smooth operation of the digital press department.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing presses in line with job specifications and quality standards
• Ensure timely and accurate production of print jobs
• Maintain a clean and organized press area
• Record and report all reprints and any production issues
• Assist the Digital Print Supervisor with daily operations and department upkeep
• Follow all company Health & Safety and Quality/Environmental policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role
• Ability to lift up to 25kg
• Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Must be able to commit to the shift pattern outlined
• Must reside within a commutable distance to the Sheffield site
