Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie | Bath | £16.65 per hour

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the Head Chef in delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for food to this vital role in our kitchen.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard within your designated section.
• Oversee and train junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Ensure your section is fully prepped, maintaining stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing menus and special offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation and contribute to kitchen cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience working as a Chef.
• Culinary certification or relevant culinary education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
