When is the money taken from my card?

We authenticate your card details when you create the booking. We will authorise the total amount - plus a 20% buffer - of a booking two days before it commences at noon. If your booking lasts for several days, we will authorise the amounts daily. If you have multiple bookings within a day, we will only authorise one payment. We’ll process the actual payment three days after your shift, so it’s important you amend and approve your timesheet right after every shift.
