What’s the difference between Offered, Applied & Booked jobs?

Last updated on 29 January 2024

Offered shifts are those that an employer is happy for any verified worker to take on. These are taken on a first come first serve basis. You can find them in them in ‘My Jobs’, under the ‘Offered’ tab, and book them immediately after you’ve been verified. You may also be offered jobs directly through your inbox. Applied shifts are those where the client is looking to review profiles and offer them to individuals, often within their network. These shifts have not yet been offered to you by the client. If the client chooses you, it will then go to your offered shifts. You can apply for jobs within the ‘Browse’ tab, which will show all jobs matching your set preferences. If you apply for a job, you’ll see this in your ‘Applied’ section in the ‘My Jobs’ tab. You’ll then need to receive an offer from the client, at which point you’ll be able to see this in the ‘Offered’ section. From here, you’ll be able to go ahead and book the shift. If successful, you’ll then be able to see that shift in the ‘Booked’ section of the app, under ‘My Jobs’. This is where you clock in and out of your shifts.
