Flow training is done through Mapal One, an online learning platform we work with to help you access the mandatory certificates needed to work in certain roles, like chef roles.
During your interview, you’ll be told if you’ll need to complete these courses. You’ll then receive an email from Mapal One with login details (check your junk inbox) where you’ll be able to see the courses you need to complete, all free of charge. Access to your account will last for one month only, so please complete them as soon as possible to speed up your verification.
Once your training is complete, simply use the support section on the app to send us all your certificates.
