Wearing the correct uniform is important, whether that's to ensure that you’re safe to work or because the role requires a formal dress for the environment your working in e.g. behind a cocktail bar or at banqueting suite.
Clients may send you home if you wear the wrong uniform or don’t meet the required grooming standards. If this is the case, you won’t receive any payment for that shift and will receive a strike on your account.
