How can I contact Support?

We’re always on hand to help whenever you need us. We’re not one of these faceless tech companies who make it difficult to get in touch. Contact us with any issues or queries, and we’ll try to resolve them as quickly as possible.

You can find what you’re looking for by doing the following:

Use in-app support by heading to Profile > Support > Go through our support articles and read our knowledge base > If you need additional help, click "Not helpful" to be directed to our Support team.

This function is available 6.30am -10.30pm, Monday-Saturday, and 7:00am - 9:00pm on Sundays.

The support team member may email you directly, in which case you’ll be able to respond to those emails.

Aside from the Messaging function, we also have a comprehensive Support section, FAQs section, and a number of video tutorials (also under ‘Support’), so you may find an answer there.

Above all, don’t worry. One way or another we’ll get your question(s) answered.
