The wage I received is incorrect, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had an issue with your wages. We want to get this sorted as quickly as possible for you. To help us review your case, please ensure that you’ve checked that your shift times are all correct in the app and none are missing. Please also refer to your payslip to ensure that deductions are not the reason for net pay being lower than expected.

If your payment is still incorrect, please contact us by visiting the support section in the app. Go to Profile > Support > Pay. Once you are on the pay section, select the relevant topic for your pay query to see if this can help. If not, please click “Not helpful” at the bottom of the article to chat to a support agent.
