Some Indeed Flex staff (Flexers) are severely late or didn’t show up.

We are proud to say we only have a no-show rate of 1.6%, compared to the industry average of 12%. When unfortunately, no-shows may still happen. Please contact our customer success team as soon as possible if you've experienced a no-show and we'll help to you to find a replacement as soon as possible. If you've experienced a no-show but you do not need a replacement, simply mark them as no-show in the app so we can ensure you are not charged. To ensure the quality of staff, no-show staff with no legitimate reason will be issued with strike or removed from the platform.
