Here’s what might have happened:
- The Client may have reduced the number of workers required for the shift
- The needs of the business may have changed, meaning that the shift is no longer required
- Perhaps you didn’t confirm your shift? If you fail to confirm your attendance to a booked shift, then this may lead to you being automatically removed
Clients don’t need to explain why they’ve cancelled shifts outside at least 24 hours before the start time, just like you are not required to provide a reason for cancellation giving more than 24 hours notice!
