If you cancel a shift up to 24 hours before the due start time, you won’t have to pay anything. If you cancel a shift within 24 hours of the due start time, you’ll have to pay 4 hours’ time for each booked Hospitality or Industrial Flexer, and 6 hours’ time for all Chefs.
