Unfortunately this happens from time to time. It could be that job was cancelled by the employer as they already had the required number of staff for the shift, or another Flexer may have accepted it before you. Shifts are posted to all suitable Flexers within the area you set out within your preferences, so offers are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Tip: Ensure your app notifications are on, so you can accept a job offer as soon as it comes up.
Please note: If you don’t confirm your shift more than 24 hours before it’s due to start, then you’ll automatically be removed from the shift. By accepting any shift within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, you are deemed to have confirmed your attendance for the shift.
