I forgot my password, what should I do?

It happens to the best of us - don’t worry.

We’ll reset your password in just a few simple steps. 

1. Enter your email address into the app (the one you used when registering with Indeed Flex).
2. Click the “Forgot Your Password” link.
3. Enter your email address again.
4. You’ll receive a notification that we’ve emailed you your password.
5. Go to your emails and click the link to reset your password.

Job done. 

Please note: If you would like to change your password – you can via Profile > My Settings > Account Settings > Change Password.
