You will be sent an invite from the Indeed Flex Plus platform from your staffing manager or your company's platform adminstrator, asking you set-up and password and Download the Indeed Flex Plus App from either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Then set-up your profile with all required details and upload a decent profile picture and descriptive bio.
